Defense Proposal Writing Services

Defense Grant Writers is a specialist division of SBIR Grant Writers focused exclusively on defense and national security solicitations. We write white papers, concept papers, BAA responses, technical volumes, and full proposals for DoD SBIR/STTR, DARPA, AFWERX, ARPA-E, NATO DIANA, Army D2P2, and other defense programs.

We also provide additional services including technology readiness assessments, capability briefings, STRATFI/TACFI capability packages, Phase II and Sequential Phase II proposals, and compliance documentation for DSIP submissions.

Led by a CEO who first won NIH funding as a Principal Investigator over 20 years ago, and with deep expertise across DoD, DARPA, and allied defense agencies, we are dedicated to helping defense innovators win competitive contracts.

Our Experts

Our team includes 15 domain experts on staff, with direct defense experience spanning nuclear energy, advanced materials, autonomous systems, directed energy, cyber-physical systems, aerospace, and AI/ML, and about 35 specialist consultants we call on for specific disciplines. All our experts have received funding as Principal Investigators and frequently serve on DoD, NSF, and NIH review panels.
