Objective Summary

Develop and demonstrate a compact, ruggedized high-energy laser source operating at the 1.9-2.5 micron wavelength with variable Continuous wave and pulsed output [zero to kilowatt kW class average powers] with a time-coupled imaging range gated imaging sensor, capable of real time or near real time doppler data collection & object visualization with ten meter (threshold) to sub-meter (objective) scale range selection, and suitable for maneuvering object discrimination at kilometers of distance at low altitudes, in a quiescent (threshold) or turbulent (objective) maritime atmospheric condition.

The full objective, description, Phase I, II and III requirements and evaluation criteria are in the official topic on DSIP.
